She has over 20 years of experience in body work including massage, personal training, and group exercise.  Her extensive training includes a variety of modalities such as Hot Stones, Cupping, and Body Sculpting (RF Cavitation and Laser Lipo). She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Myofascial Release, Migraine Relief, and Pregnancy Massage.
